When we started planning for our film we based it on a psychological horror and wanted to think how it can affect our audience. After a while of planning Hannah said that she read somewhere that if you look in the mirror for longer than 10 minutes without looking away then your brain starts forming shapes/creatures that aren't actually there. In the film, the main girl is repeating the same thing everyday but is slowly dying each day until the end when she dies. We came up with the idea for a psychological horror through the love of those types of games and films In our film we have the stereotypical characters e.g.: The best friend, the ghost and the girl who is obsessed with her looks. We had the friend seem for rational so the film seemed more grounded in reality.
