Project title: i named my website 'Bohemian Rhapsody' as it was the same as the product i was advertising


The idea: I chose this style of the website as it was a 'beauty' template and I felt it went best with my idea. I also chose the marble background for my product because, i felt it matched the colour scheme.


Design layouts and navigation: 
This was my original idea












Research for your Website: To help me design my website, i viewed different perfume websites such as
'Marc Jacobs' and 'Chanel' I found these helpful as i was also advertising a perfume so, I copied the basic layout of it all. i also looked at the Queen website as that was the product i was advertising http://www.queenonline.com/

Target Audience: My product is mainly aimed at Queen fans as the product is a Queen based item. However, it can also be aimed at 15+ as I find that's the age people tend to buy perfumes

Website  development: When I first went of wix I went through the templates until i found the one I liked, the topic template I chose was 'beauty' i chose this website layout as i felt like i could make it really look like what a beauty page should

 When editing I changed the background to marble and changed the menu down the side


Website production in WIX: This is what it looked like. However I thought it was a little to plain so i added 3D photo carousel and added other buttons to take you to the different pages.

after getting some feedback I was recommended to add ratings. I was unsure on how to do this and researched it to find i had to click 'code' and 'turn on developer tools' which then allowed me to add 'user input'









On the separate pages i had
Information about the perfume, Information about Queen including other Queen products, The Television Advert and where to buy the perfume.

Actual final idea: My final idea I added Ratings, Music in the background, moving photos, share buttons, review comments




Upload onto WIX, link to youtube video : Tom : really good Add ratings, social media share buttons and expand the video. Also the links are overlapping the logo.
(It took a while to find the ratings button but I believe me and Helen clicked the code button and somehow added it)


Helen: i like it  Add photos.
(I added a rotating gallery of photos)


Max: Really good, just fill in blank spaces
(I added 3D moving images)


Scott: Its really really good, Just add the menu buttons on each page
(I added the menu pages)



Testing of the Website in situ: Everything worked, the photos moved and the music played in the background 
Evaluation: It was successful, everything went to plan and nothing went wrong badly other than the fact the pictures moved too slow however we fixed it. I also found wix really easy

When we started planning for our film we based it on a psychological horror and wanted to think how it can affect our audience. After a while of planning Hannah said that she read somewhere that if you look in the mirror for longer than 10 minutes without looking away  then your brain starts forming shapes/creatures that aren't actually there. Project title:  Bohemian Rhapsody The idea:  Advertise it with dance as Freddie was a performer Research for your Advert orial :  When researching I looked at multiple  perfume adverts such as Daisy Marc Jacobs as they were my main inspiration. Also when researching I had a look into Freddie and how he performed at his concerts which gave me some ideas on how i was going to advertise. Also, I researched how people choreograph so I could wrote my script/storyboard for my advertorial.  Target Audience:  My target audience is music lovers as it is a ‘music perfume’ I do not have an age limit on it as it is purely advertising the perfume and the band Documentary /  Journalism  story development :  When writing the advertorial, I found it rather tricky as i did not know how to write out the choreography until researching it which helped a lot more and made the process easier.
